Contact NikNak by e-mail or phone. A free consultation will be set up either in person, by e-mail or over the phone. I will answer any of your questions and we can discuss ideas, timeframes and budgets. We can talk about colors, papers, ribbon and the style of invite you are interested in. A mock-up of your invitation selection can be created for $20. The $20 is non-refundable.
After the initial mock-up is approved, I will develop and provide you with a design contract to sign. The contract will contain the pricing details, time line and order terms. You must sign the contract and return it along with the 50% deposit. (We strongly recommend that you keep a copy of the contract to reference.) No work will be done on your order until the signed contract and payment are received.
When the signed contract is received I will work with you to receive all pertinent copy information. A completed personalized design proof of all the invite pieces will be created for you to review. This can be done by e-mail or mail. Please review very carefully. Spelling, dates and punctuation are your responsibility. An approval form will be provided with the proof. This needs to be signed and returned. (Any mistakes after the client has signed the approval form are the financial responsibility of the client.)
Upon receipt of the approval form the project will go to press and begin assembly. Once it is completed, it will be packaged carefully and shipped directly to you. Final payment and shipping will be due at that time.
