Do you send out free samples? All of our samples are hand-assembled and time-consuming. Because of this and the cost to produce them we require a $20 fee for a sample. This amount will be deducted from your final total if you choose to place an order with us. How long before my event should I order my invites? An early start is always appreciated! It's recommended that you send out your invitations 6 to 8 weeks before your event. It's also best to allow several weeks for addressing your invitations. At NikNak we prefer to have 10 weeks from the date of your design contract to process and complete the order. Keep in mind that you play a big part in your order completion. If you meet the approval deadlines outlined in the design contract, this helps speed up the turnaround of your design order. What payment methods do you accept? At this time we accept personal/business checks or money orders. Sorry, we do not accept credit card payments at this time. Is there a minimum order? There is a minimum order of 10, and we process in increments of 5. Can I change the font on an invitation I like? Yes. We can change it to any font that you like. We can work with you to show you the variety we have to choose from. Can I change the paper or color of an invitation I like? Yes. Almost every invitation can be altered to fit your style. We offer a wide arrange of paper styles and colors, along with embellishments such as ribbon, charms, gromets, etc. Keep in mind that it can possibly change the price of the invitation. If I like parts of one invitation and pieces of another what can you do? We can develop a custom invitation for you incoporating what you like best. Just let us know what invitations you like and what you like about them. Can you use my professional photographs in a design? Yes, but it must be accompanied by your photographer's release form. Do you do rush orders? We prefer to have the full 10 weeks to process your order but rush orders can be done. Please be aware that rush charges may apply. The reason for this is the rush charges on ordering paper and supplies and charges from printers on rush jobs. After I receive a proof can I make changes to it? You can make changes to your order until we have received your signed approval contract. Changes after that will be charged accordingly. Can I order the extra items offered without ordering invitations? Yes. You can order any of the items we have on our site. Don't hesitate to ask us for something we may not have listed on our site.
